Hey Guys! My I-751 has been accepted and my green card is being produced. I just received a letter notifying me of this today, my case was processed by the CSC, they received my original package at 5/

I also got the Feb waiver and then a biometrics appt letter.  Did my code 5 fingerprints done last week. Two days later got a "new card being produced' update. Good luck all.

I'm pretty sure we will receive an updated i-797, they say they will issue "NEW" forms to those whose case were pending as June 11 which means that all those from June 11 will receive the updated i-79

Hey VSC May Filers,

 

Quick Question, i received the biometrics letter with the same case number as the NOA. I have read earlier that folks received a new case number on the Biometrics letter. So did the folks who recently received the biometrics letter have the same application number (like me) or different case number?

 

In the NOA, it  also said: Upon receipt of your ASC appointment notice, you can find the status of your case on-line at www.uscis.gov. To view the status of your case, enter the application number found at the top of the ASC appointment notice. NOTE: The I-751 form type will be listed as "CRI89" under the application type in our case status on-line tool.

Hello everyone, 

 

I hope someone can help with my question, 

 

I filed my I751 form early May, it was received on 5/9. I received the first NOA notice extending my status for 1-year on June 2nd. Then on June 21st i received another NOA extending my status for 18 months. 

 

My question is why have I received 2 NOAs and when should I expect the Bio notice for my case?

We also received the biometrics letter on 6/23/2018, notice date is 6/15/2018 and appointment on 7/3/2018.  Our case number is the same on biometrics as the NOA1.  Also, our NOA1 date was 5/29.

You recieved two NOAs because they are now extending green cards for 18 months instead of 12 months. They started doing it RIGHT when you got your 12 month one, so they sent a 18 month one. The 18 month one is the one you want to keep on you.

Also if you're CSC, it could be a while for biometrics. If your VSC it should be soon. April CSC filers are still waiting for biometrics.
