Depends what service center and depends on what conditions the i-130s were filed under. 

 

If I remember correctly (as I check obsessively, daily) Permanent Resident filing for Spouse or Relative was 5-7 months and now has indeed gone up to 7-9 months. But US Citizen filing for Spouse or Relative has stayed the same.

 

It does look like things have slowed down slightly but, luckily for us Texas filers, we're the next month to be processed, so October and November should be our months!

Hello all! I also filed in April and am still waiting to hear back. I filed both the I-130 and I-129F. My I-130 application was received April 2nd and my I-129F application was received on April 17th. My forms were then transferred to the Potomac Service Center. Has anyone received news about their applications with the similar time frames?
