Did anyone say what were the denial reasons? 😬

Carga publica (public charge) when sponsors don't make enough for the beneficiary and consular office believes applicant will be a public charge, if they found out they lied about crossing without inspection, through a point of entry, (la linea) and used other person's documents, when parents bring their children with them illegally when were little, that's consider as smuggling even tho they are their own children, they will ask for the I601 and that one takes about a yr or so to be approved.

Other than that if they are missing documents they get the "blue paper" and they give them the chance to send them in later, that's the administrative processing, which is not bad, only they have to wait a little longer.

Hi guys! I am just wondering if anyone have seen any more approvals for August receipts in other groups?

I follow other FB group. I saw few approved for August, and early September (most of them Nebraska office).

USCIS sent out lots of RFE for August people. And I surprised couple of people are still waiting from June, July...

They are working with big backlog...😭 I don't received anything yet.😭
