Done with the interview appointments. First was the joint i751 interview got approved immediately then I left room and my husband had the N400 interview! Both went amazing!!

I became citizen in January, and still shows the same amount of months to wait...  :)

I downloaded all 4 years of tax returns and 5 years of tax account returns yesterday. It was actually easy to do.  I also ordered Birth Certificates for my two boys who live in England, just in case I need them.  Trying to get everything together 😃

Filing I 360 3rd Nov 2005

Prima facie determination received from Vermont 20th Nov 2005

DIVORCED JANUARY 25th 2006

EAD applied for again (jeez I need to work ) 28th Feb 2006

Removal hearing July 12th 2006

RFE's received for I360 and EAD 13th October 2006

NOID received March 2007

EAD denied March 2007

Back to Immigration Court April 18th 2007

NOID request for evidence received USCIS 3rd May 2007

I 360 touched May 31st 2007

I 360 actually approved May 30th 2007

EAD filed June 23rd 2007

I 485 filed July 24th 2007

NOA1 for I 485 August 1st 2007

9 years later, we're finally getting around to filing N-400 TODAY, 3/17/18. We filed online, uploaded supporting documents, and paid directly on the USCIS site (how cool is that!?). Our local CIS office is Syracuse, NY and it looks like nobody in our immediate area has filed for N-400 since last year unless folks just haven't updated their timelines. It looks like the pattern has been that the process takes 10 months from start to finish on average, is that still accurate or have major changes occurred in the last year affecting timelines?

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.

~08/31/2011~ OUR SON WAS BORN!!!!

~02/17/2012~ Mailed I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions of Residency to Vermont Service Center

~03/19/2012~ ASC Biometrics Appointment

~11/05/2012~ Production of 10-year GC ordered

~7/1/2014~ Our son's first trip to Morocco

~03/17/2018~ Filed N-400

~04/09/2018~ Biometrics

~6/13/2018~ Off to Morocco, my parents in tow!

Hi there, online filing is pretty cool. The processing time depends on how backlogged your field office is at this moment. It might take less than 10 months or maybe more. Have a nice smooth last journey.

Hi Guys, I just updated my timeline. I filled N-400 online on 03/01/18 and got my NO1 and fingerprint appointment letters. I am scheduled for the fingerprint on 03/23/2018 here in ATL. I will keep us updated on what happens. My profile says 17 months for case completion but I am hoping it is completed earlier because I want to change my i130 for my wife to citizen as soon as possible to fast-track the process. My i130 is processed in California, my PD is 03/07/2017 and its been over a year and no NOA2 yet. Thanks

I'm a NYC paper filer. I filed on June 5 2017 and had my interview on 2-27-28. My oath will be on April 6. That's 10 months from start to finish. But on line filer is taking less time. Good luck to you.
