Do you guys know if the processing times on Visa Journey are accurate? According to it, they are processing i-765 ( EAD ) for March 7th, 2018 filers but Im not sure how accurate that is.My PD date is march 14th and I havent heard anything from them about my EAD so far.Maybe something will come up in a few weeks...

Those dates are based on memeber data for the site, so as people update their timelines, it develops an estimate.

I only applied for i-765 but i didnt apply for i-131 ( advanced parole )

Does it effect the work permit? because i think its a combo card but i only applied for EAD.Do you think its a problem?

It’s only a combo card if you apply for both. We applied for just the work permit too. It should not affect anything. If later on you decide you need to travel while you wait for the GC, then you can apply for the advanced parole separately and they would send you a separate document.

Hi guys, just short update from me. I just received a letter from uscis with my AP approval. It was a little surprise for me as I recently am checking my case tracker once/two weeks as I am not in rush anymore (got ead approved a while ago), but when I checked the tracker it indeed said my AP was approved at June 30th. Still no info about the Interview but I have a feeling it will happen soon. Good luck for everyone and Congrats to those who finished the process.

For some weird reason today (well it was on the 1st) my EAD and AP got approved, even though it said they were printing on the 31st. I am not sure this is the regular order but oh well, at least some change!

Does anyone know why the Processing Times on the USCIS website for the National Benefits Center keeps changing and going back in time? Yesterday I checked to see what the receipt date for case inquiries was and it said January 26th, today it says January 16th? This is just beyond frustrating, I am seeing people on here getting approved 2-3 months after they applied for their EAD & AP and I am already at 5 months. Anyone know any tricks on how to get this moving or what to do???

I appreacite any info and thank you in advance :)

I'm not sure it made any difference, but I made an inquiry about my case 2 or 3 days before it was approved. Maybe try that?

I totally understand your frustration! I’m on the same exact boat as you! I’m starting to get frustrated! I know someone that filed in May and already got her EAD!  Feels like we’re on a line and people keep cutting in line! But I’m very happy for everyone that has gotten it already! Just wish we could be that lucky!
