I just expedited my EAD too, to give you an idea of the timeline I called to request the expedite on April 18th, got an email requesting more evidence the next day (April 19th) and submitted the evidence on April 20th.

 

I heard nothing until today when I got an update to say my card is in production!

Right now it says ¨We reviewed your biometrics and are still processing your case" there, rather than still showing "Fingerprint fee was received".

It also says that it was last updated on April 18th, right after my biometrics appointment, whereas on My Cases it says it was last updated on April 7th.

Mine was opposite. The new website, it shows that “Fingerprint review completed” and last update was April 11  at the old website, it says it is ready to be scheduled for Interview, last update was April 18th. Uscis website sometimes is conf😂

Awesome! That was fast!

Let me ask did you request basing on financial loss? Cause Thats what I was asked and Thats what I said.

Hi guys ! I'm in a similar scenario. Had my expedited request for EAD sent on 03/31/18. Then faxed over evidence/proof on 04/6/18. Since then I haven't heard anything from USCIS. It's been close to a month now. 

Any suggestions ?

My expedite was not based on financial loss but from what I’m seeing a lot of the timelines are similar regardless so hopefully yours will be similar. Sorry I didn’t realise you were asking specifically for that.

Well fingers crossed my update is just as positive and very soon. I expedited mine on the 19th and sent everything through on the 23rd. Anxious much haha.

You might not receive an email as it was my case. Expedited on 4/30 and got no email. I called yesterday (5/3) and they gave me instruction on how to fax the supporting documents. Bottom line, once your case is assigned to an officer, a response was sent and completed, go ahead and give them a call to check whether your case is illegible to be expedited or not.

Hi. The lady I was talking to told me they should send me email up 5 days but if I wont receive it not to call and just wait couple more days. So I will just wait, ai am not in such hurry to be honest. But Thank you for the info, ai will probably call in about two weeks if I wont receive nothing by then.

Hey. You gotta have biometrics completed to start expedite process. If you got job offer that should be enough, just need tl call them and they will send you instructions how to do it.

I just received email from uscis  now I need to fax the documents back to them but the problem is I don’t have a fax, did you guys ever used any online fax that is available in the Web? Is it legit?

Let me express my view on this one. What's the point of expediting if you are not in a hurry? I don't think that it is ethically right. You're cutting the line in front of other people who might be desperate to get the EAD ASAP.

I am in a hurry but not SUCH a hurry to call the next day if I was told to wait 5 days and specifically told NOT to call. My contract start in June 14th so I will not bomb them with the calls. Anyway. i just received email so there is nothing to argue about.

What is your location? How come it was too fast? Did you expedite your EAD? Have you already received your EAD card?
