Hi,

Curious if anybody has ever AOS or gotten a green card while owning a firearm. I have a hunting license and bought a rifle legally and am getting married in 2 months.l to my Fiancée a US citizen. Does this even come up during the interview or will this impact me? Does USCIS look at it as a funny thing to have a firearm? Does it come up during back ground checks ?

Thanks

Seriously why do you keep posting the same question just different ways? We answered your questions in the last thread.

Spoiler

Well,

I spoke to a tier 2 person at USCIS. He told me that question was basically pertaining to militia groups etc but he told me that I should just put yes and explain that I have a license to carry. He said its better to put yes than to put no because it will more than likely show up during  a back ground check and doesn't want it to look like I was trying to hide information or not disclose anything.
