I got my conditional GC in January 21, 2018. And then I applied for Removal of condition on 10/31/2016. Never heard about my ROC for like almost a year so on October 23rd 2017 I wend ahead and apply for my  Citizenship.

- I never get an interview for my ROC when I went to my citizenship interview but my husband went with me even though we didn't received an interview for ROC just incase we get one.

- I passed the interview but the officer did not approved me because he has to review my ROC application first. And then 6 days later after my interview I got an email and my status online updated that I was approved and they placed me in line for an Oath. 10 days later I got an update again to attend my Oath. And that was it, I am now a Proud US citizen and never heard about my ROC nor received my 10 year GC.

Good luck on your journey and I hope you will get your interview very soon.

I really wanna know if Germany is the only country where you need to get a " certificate" before you file for citizenship from another country. I would automatically loose my german citizenship if I apply for the American. To even get the certificate it takes 6-8 months and cost me $1800-$2000 and after I finally get this certificate from the german government, i can go ahead and apply for US Citizenship. I would love to apply for N400 but I would also loose my Citizenship which I want to keep just in case.

I went to my Local Post Office to apply my passport and pay extra for expedited process in 02/21/2018 without any problem. The lady at post office took my Original & Copy of naturalization Certificate, Copy of my driver's license and the Passport application form and the pay. And last night I got an email that they mailed my Passport and I should receive it on or before 03/31/2018.

As for my green Card; I really don't know because the status hasn't changed at all. I remember the officer told me right after my interview that if they needed something from me or need to conduct an interview for my ROC I should receive an interview. If not,  you will receive an Oath Ceremony Letter.

Well guess after all it wasn't a glitch. Today my case (received by local office feb 26) was updated, unfortunate with a RFE not what I was hoping for.

So guess wait continues, now with additional wonder what they want.

Where and when did you file? I dont have any update yet for mine. Mine also says received by local office on march 5.

God has perfect timing; never early, never late. It takes a little patience and it takes a lot of faith but it's worth the wait. ❤️

I filed a I-751 petition to remove conditions on residency at CSC was received there at October 24th 2016. My case was received by 'local' office at February 26th 2018.
But what I can see in the case status app I tracked about 200 cases before me and 100 after me, the status processing seems pretty random.

My file was received on October 17th 2016 a couple days before yours. I didn't get any kind of notice. I checked the numbers before me and a couple cases were approved on march 19th 2018. I hope I will hear back from them soon it's really driving me crazy

Wow that's 7 people getting RFEs for October 16 CSC filers including you. At least your case is moving.

Please share your timeline if you don't mind so we can add you here

That is what I meant that it is pretty random, some cases after me were even approved. In the case status app you can give a start number and a count number I searched for 300 records. Today around 3pm CDT there were about 20 additional approvals (only counted those ;) )
