I am a permanent resident of USA since 2006 to 2012 . I came India in 2012 and I don't have a chance to go back USA till now . My kids snd husband US citizens they are in USA now , I applied returned residence visa that was rejected because no valid reason to stay in India and I applied visiting visa also but that also rejected. Finally my husband applied I-130 in October 2017 in Nebraska I am waiting for that it taking too long , I want to go and stay with my family as soon as possible. What is the solution for my case .please help me .

It seems that you just have to wait as far as I can see. Maybe there was K-3 visa, but not sure if it is still available.

(Maybe you need to formally renounce your current green card at a US consulate before you can get your new immigrant visa after I-130 is approved? Let's see what others say.)

Takes a year or so, will be towards the end of 2018 before you get your immigrant visa.

The solution is not what you want.  You wait and complete the IR1 visa process.  Your family can visit you in India.

You turn in the green card or send it in.  You don't renounce anything.
