What visa did you enter on? K1 visa

When did you enter the country? January 2017

When did you marry? February 2017

What is the resident since date on your green card say? October 2017 until 10 years ...

 

 

because i write today .. im thinking now for my ROC .. but i recieved 10 years gc

Exactly. The answers to the above will indicate if you should have received a 2 year or 10 year card. If you received a 10 year and should have received a 2 year card, you need to get it fixed. ROC is still required even if they sent a wrong card.

it's not too late,

 

you will need to remove conditions in 2 years, so you need to get it fixed now, it's 90 days before the 2 year GC expires, you got it in October of last year, so the expiration of the 2 year GC will be in October of 2019

They gave you the wrong card, you need to fix it. File for replacement card as they were in the wrong this is free then remove conditions when the time comes. Some have tried to remove conditions without fixing card only to find USCIS get confused and others haven’t filed roc only to get called up on it when they file for citizenship

You would file an I-90 and explain the issue. No fee is needed for USCIS error.

As I said in my last post those that have done roc without fixing the incorrect card have had problems with USCIS, you need to fix the card with the I-90.
