Was it just your spouse that answer or did you contribute to the story too?

I had my interview on Thursday, October 11th, got approved on the spot. Less than an hour later on our way home I received the “my card is being produced “ notification and by Monday October 15th, I received my application notice. By Tuesday October 16th, received the “ my card was mailed to me” notification and later that same day I did receive the “card was picked up by the United States Postal Service “ notification and Card delivered on Thursday, October 18th.

So this’s my timeline after the interview. I’m sorry to hear you’re still waiting for your card. Hope you receive it soon.

Hello Everyone!

As I still await for my interview I wanted to get an opinion/recommendation on EAD renewal. My EAD is valid till 19th June 2019. How soon can I apply for EAD renewal on a pending I-485?

Any help/guidance on this will be greatly appreciated!

Hi guys, I'm sorry for not commenting on my progress, what happened is that I decided to get away from the groups and forums a bit since it's a lot of stress to go through this process that is out of our control; I know that maybe many are not religious but in my case I am a person who believe a lot on the ways of God and I know that everything will come at the right time, that's how it has been all my life.

Here is my update:

  • My PD is February 01
  • Biometrics facts march 07
  • Case ready to schedule interview March 14 (this update only appeared on the DHS website in September)
  • EAD approved June 20
  • SSN received June 29
  • EAD received June 30

We are collecting more evidence and waiting to have an interview :) I am very happy for those that already had their interviews and finished this process and for the others as our selves the will come sooner or later.

:)Our timeline AOS:)

Hello All,

I just got a notification today that my 'CASE IS READY TO BE SCHEDULED FOR AN INTERVIEW'.

My PD is June-2017 and I had filed my AOS on 20th Feb 2018.

I received my EAD/AP combo card on June 1 2018 and my case is with the local field office in Los Angeles, CA.

I am filed under EB1C (International Managerial) category and my country of Chargeability is India.

How long can it take before the interview is scheduled?

I would really appreciate if anybody on this forum with a similar timeline and category has any information.

Thank you!

So, about 2 months ago, I last checked the processing time for an i485 at the Santa Ana, CA location and it stated 10-15 months.  I just checked it again now and it states 15-34.5 months... Does this mean our interview could now be delayed for up to 34.5 months after filing in late Jan/early Feb?  My wife's current status is "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" with a date of March 21, 2018 on the USCIS DHS site (after logging in).
