Timeline

Hello all, 

received an RFE on the 30th. Overnighted it to MO. And they received it today. Got the email and text advised they received it. Anyone familiar with timelines once they receive our response?

RFE is for which case? AOS or EAD?

Oh, based on my experience it was an RFIE . After they got my response it took 7 days for review i think then my case was ready for interview to be scheduled. I’m one of those lucky filers who is stuck with the user defined error, but the details were from IO from my infopass.

My husbands case is also stuck in user defined error since case started. Do you think an info pass appointment would be good?

Join the party...hah. Yes for sure if you can get one go and ask. They will confirm what stage his case is at and where the file is located. Very likely 80% he will be told "your case is queued to be scheduled for an interview".

Couldn’t agree more. hah

Yeah it’s highly suggested for us who are stuck with user defined error to book an infopass

He spoke to a tier 2 officer last month, they said his case is ready to be scheduled for interview since March. I thought your infopass helped progress your case but seems that it’s just to confirm what we already know.

I did check my USCIS account and it doesn’t show there anymore

Got same update as well. My case just literally doesn’t exist no more. What the heck is wrong guys? I guess this ain’t what I did sign up for.

Have you called USCIS to speak with a tier 2 officer?
