That was my bad. But the letter of case complete always comes a week later that's normal. Congratulations. Hope you get interview date soon. Have you called yet.

I call every week and I just did again yesterday. The problem is that they moved all interviews for Cubans to Colombia so they have to reschedule everyone that was already scheduled for Havana from Sept 12- Dec 31 before me

Every embassy has different scheduling dates. You don;t just call any time. Interview scheduling just started yesterday for March. When you call NVC next you ask "Have you started scheduling for Ecuador"?

Also petition packages usually get sent out anyhere from 4 tp 5 weeks before interview date.

Unless the people you ask are from same country going through same embassy when they get their dates and how may slots has nothing to do with you sorry. All you can do is keep calling. Now they are scheduling so call and ask what I wrote.

Hi dwheels76 thanks for your answer I was reading all the answers from everybody and I decided to call 30 minutes ago and I'm so happy for my call I got my interview scheduled YUJUUUUUUU!!!

 my case was completed December 18, 2017 and they scheduled the interview yesterday January 29, 2018 and my interview is on March 2, 2018 

im so happy I can't wait for the day of my interview

As in Colombia South America. Good Lord. They couldn't have ya'll go to Puerto Rico or Mexico. I knew the embassy got closed (That didn't last long did it).  Goodness Sorry.

Has anyone, by any chance, had something accidentally incorrect on their DS-260? For example, a question was answered incorrectly regarding if my husband has ever applied for a tourist visa before. I have a lawyer so this was her assistant's mistake. When I called to question this, she told me to take that page, mark the correct answer, state the dates, and have him sign/date beside the question and to present it to the interviewer. She also answered the question where it asks if he speaks more than one language wrong and his birth city wrong. ughhh. I didn't see the DS-260 until she gave it to me to take to the interview which is next week. Is this something I really need to worry about or am I stressing too much? TIA

just FYI: May and June 2017 CCs for Abu Dhabi have now received interview dates for March 2018. the email hasnt gone out but several of us received the dates on phone.

What about the copy of the affidavit of support form that the US already sent to the NVC. Does applicants need to take a copy of it to the interview? If so, what if they don't have a copy ?
