Wanting to go back after K1 visa marriage, I don't want to live in US

When one person files for divorce it is inevitable.  Someone can only argue it so long but why don't you talk to HER about this.  If you want a divorce be a decent human being and do it sooner than later.  Dragging this out only gives her hope that you want to be with her.

I have talked to her about this, few days after I came here, then a few weeks after, then after a month.. even right before the marriage. Seeing the person you love cry and blame you for not wanting to stay here is painfull, it's why I tried so much to make it work. She knows I'm not feeling good and well, it's christmas now, we'll have the talk soon, just wanted to be well informed.

Unfortunately my mother won't consider moving here, I don't blame her.

I've been here 9 1/2 years now and some days I just want to pack up and go. I don't think that feeling will ever go away, but at least this does feel like home and I know it was a good move for my older kids.

That's exactly what I fear, that I become accustomed because it's inevitable but then I'll always have that hole in my soul, it's something I only realized after I came here.

I'll see how I feel the following days and go from there. She doesn't deserve abandonment but at the same time I need to do what's best for me.

Good Point

Don't make a life choice and live with regret about it.  Yes, you must do what is best for you and you at the only one who knows that answer.  Don't ever just settle in life, you will look back and regret that choice

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

Would she move to your country with you?

I just talked to her about it, needless to say she's mad, she says how I don't love her because I don't want to be with her and I only care about going home. She doesn't want to move, has 2 grown sons, over 20 years and she doesn't want to leave them, I knew this from a long time ago.

She only said how I should buy my ticket as soon as possible, she doesn't care just wants me gone. I didn't even bring up any divorce subject because it's too delicate. She wanted to be alone.

Well she loves you and I'm sure alot has to do with the fact she brought Y iu here...just remember once you leave you can't fix or repair this...but if you do feel this strongly you probably are just not that into her? Lol does she have a decent job? America is expensive and if you couldhave a better life back home why not go? Why stay here any longer if your mind is made up

You stated you were living with her parents at one time, now you state she has grown kids.

Did she use you as a future meal ticket?

He's from Romania.  Wages there are very low so I seriously doubt he was a meal ticket for her.

She's not that kind of a person, she's not materialistic. She was just saving money while waiting for me to come.

I just miss my home and I'm not confortable here.

We wre at the court house but noone was helpful there, she read the documentation and saw that the case gets looked at at least after 90 days of petition. She was too upset and I said we should go home.

I don't even know how to handle this and I can't leave until smething's in the works.

You can leave when you want and initiate divorce from your home country, if you wish to do so.
