No.

Research on your part is warranted to make your own decision on what will work best for you.

Your aunt or uncle can apply for your parent (whomever is your mom's or dad's  relative(brother or sister)). Then your parent can apply for you and that time varies (depend on whether you are under 21 or single or married)

That’s a pretty long process, even assuming the parent will do it. 13-15 years (or longer?) for the parent’s F4  petition to become current. If the kid (who unless is now asking at the tender age of 6 or 8 will surely be over 21) is married by then (likely given that length of time?) needs the parent to be a citizen so that’s another 5 years minimum. All in all you’re probably looking at close to 20 years just before they can petition for the kid and then!!! Another what 13 years for the F3 petition to become current ....and that’s assuming not only that the parent is alive, willing to immigrate and then able to sponsor, but that the laws allowing this chain immigration are still in place which many (regardless of political leaning) think is unlikely.

So in sum: yes it can be done this way, if OP has about 35 years to patiently wait.

Assuming laws do not change.

Marriage to a US citizen is quicker if that’s an option to the OP. I’m not condoning US citizen spouse shopping.

Then do not mention it.  I am amazed at the number of people advocating marriage for a green card.  US citizens deserve better than the be used for an immigration benefit.

Indeed. Presumably if it was “an option” as the message you responded to couched the phrase, the OP would already be well aware of its relative merits.

Report me if you think what I’m saying is against the TOS. Marriage to a US citizen is the quickest route which is a true statement, and the reality is people marry for various reasons. I’m not blind to think it’s only about “love” for everyone, as that alone isn’t enough for most marriages to last.

It would also would be foolish if anyone marries right away without knowing the other person both petitioner/beneficiary, but that’s not my call to make.

Generally longer than the 3-years-to-citizenship a green card marriage lasts though, with no implications for fraud or entry bans for the spouses.
