Hi.

So my fiancé in the US has written the second letter intent which I have to take for the interview. Do I also have to sign that letter or write another one? Please help

They will only need the petitioner's intent to marry letter dated at least 30 days from the interview to make it current.

Hey All,

I have been approved!!! Found the NOA2 approval letter in the mailbox today :D It was approved on December 11th.

Online status did not update still shows received, oddly enough it did not show up in my informed delivery email notifications also.

@Trinab80 Check your mailbox if you haven't yet.

@Naes You were right it would just show up one day without updates.

Woohooooooo! So happy to hear this!

My fiance's been trying to get me to watch Game of Thrones for 2 years now, and I finally broke down and started watching it yesterday and WOW it's soooo good. Any other GOT fans here? There's 7 seasons so I'm HOPING that by the time I finish all of the seasons I'll have my case number. But who knows

Lol this is an excellent way to approach it. Distraction! Now you're making me want to watch all 7 seasons again. It's really good!

Called NVC again - still same they have not received it (NOA-2 Nov 1). I am losing any hope. When called USCIS, was told about 90 days shipment time....

First it was 6 weeks now 90 days...This is freaking ridiculous. Do they not realise that people are onto their lies?

I suppose everyone should be expecting 40-50 or even 60 days of wait between NOA2 and NVC now...This is honestly depressing. Just when you thought the wait was over now you have more...I wonder what they'll do next to delay this process even more.

I don't even know, the only thing I can think of is for some reason they kept approved cases at CSC for 6 weeks for additional security checks? I just can't imagine what the timeline will look like for later filers...I really really hope they get better once the year is over :(

i was so shocked bc last week we've been told that it has been sent somewhere else(by tier 1).  I guess we really can't trust what tier 1 says.

Yours must be in the same bunch.  Keep calling.  Call uscis to know if it's sent.  And also we emailed nvc to inquire about out case.

They replied yesterday morning saying they  will look of it and at night we got it
