That was pretty fast, I just did my biometric (on the 31st) 34 days after PD. Did you apply for EAD/AP?

My fiancé’s interview is tomorrow and we are beyond excited!!

Anyone know the quickest way to get your visa in hand?

Also, his medical form from Knightsbridge is complete now (they fixed it) but is there still a portion of the 163 form (I think that’s the one) he must fill out for AOS?

many thanks

From my limited understanding the photo and signature they capture goes on AP/EAD among other things. So yes, they can’t move forward till biometrics are captured.

If you have a scheduled biometrics appointment can you still walk into any clinic anywhere as a walk in and ask for it to be down there?

You might have better luck on the K-1 forums for June filers. This is The AOS for December filers.

Today my status for adjustment of status is changed to "case is ready to be scheduled", but no change for ead and ap yet

Just. He led and we got the same as you "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

Any idea how long it might take for the interview?

today I was sorting out my driving license expiration date. Since in Texas that is used as federal ID I had to ask "second verification" to be valid for a year and not until I-94 expires
