We have just finished with the K1 and married last month. The 90 days are up and have a question on the next step. Is Rapid visa worth all the other? I have heard horror stories that if you don't file the right way you have to pay again and file again. Thanks for all the input...

no.. most of the people here do their visa and AOS on their own. Horror story is that these visa company and lawyers do little to nothing and charge tons of money.

save money and spend some time on research over here and do ur AOS on ur own.

Ironically, you still have to supply the lawyer or visa company with all the correct information.

So why not save thousands and just do it yourself? If they're handling hundreds or even thousands of applications for people surely a handful of those are going to be done incorrectly.

" Have you tried the search tool? K1 isnt an easy process and a LOT of reading is required to avoid problems (RFEs) etc, if you dont like reading, be prepared to spend WAY more time and couple more $$$ with an lawyer "

I am all about good advise :) hahahhahahhahaha

At VJ we may not have a degree in immigration law but we have been through so much ####### that we will do way better than a lawyer while filling paper and giving advise.
