How to report visa fraud?

How to report someone who emigrated to US by fraud? I will tell some part. He emigrated in 2001, he had fake passport from another country because the country he is from was post war. He lied about him not being in war and said that he was a war refugee. That his parents are killed in war which they were not, his mother is still alive. Lied about being single even though he had wife and two kids. There are more but that is one part of it. How do I report it? I live in Bosnia and embassy here does not have email or non-automated phone.

Why you want to create problems in somebodys life when he/she is not harming you. I dont understand why people interfere in others life. Live your own life and let others live. I smell jelousy here.

I know A LOT of people who immigrated the same way.. but this one, is my family, who made more harm to my life than anyone. I could have done this years ago, enough is enough. That person is my father who left me when I was 5 and my brother 12, he did not know about us until I was 18, then he brought me to US and tried to torture me mentally, hiding food, taking stuff from me, telling people bad lies about me, taking this from my room, just because I did not want to work for him but I had plans for my own future. Now he is threatening he will come to my country, he will se my house on fire, he will beat me up, he will do this, he will do that. 

I'm not scared, I grew up in post-war, post-communism country, I'm 22, 230lbs training martial arts from childhood, have my OWN house, my car and nothing is loan or mortgage. Do you still smell jealousy, or maybe revenge?

We have ICE reporting info on VJ website on every page you can report that way.

There were definitely people who were stripped of their citizenship/GC for lying to USCIS about participating in armed conflicts in Former Yugoslavia.

I am not an advocate of trying to harm someone’s immigration petition however someone is always hurt in a crime, there are no victimless crimes. Examples of people hurt are innocent genuine parties who get scrutinized and shafted because of other fraudsters misdeeds.

 

And how do you know that the alleged fraudsfer has not harmed the OP? You’re presuming too much.
