noa1 NOA1 not mailed nor Email sent.

We sent our petition on 22/September and on 27/September my fiancé received a TEXT message saying they received it and that "Form (I-797) to follow in mail".
Isn't the petitioner supposed to have received an Email already when the Text Message was received? Aren't the Email and the text message the same thing (NOA1)?
Clear up the confusion for me please.

I never received an email.  I only received the hard copy of the NOA1 in the mail.

I received an email maybe 6 days after I received the text message verification. It read:

Yes the petitioner is technically supposed to get the NOA1; however, it is whatever information that was presented on the G-1145 that will be used. Is it possible that your fiance's information was on the G-1145 (Notification of Acceptance of Application/Petition) instead?
