I had similar difficulty uploading the photo even after it sad uploaded the first time around. Apparently it's a thing that happens. I recommend you try different browsers and computers. I just kept trying until it worked. Once uploaded, you may be able to print. You dont need to print the form though, just the confirmation after you submit.

Hope this still useful , 

for our proof of evidence I attached everything, like hundreads of text messages, call logs, stamps on my passport, hotel invoices, flights itineraries, restaurant tickets highlighting the date we were together, lots of pictures, everything helps. I would retrieve the flight itineraries (this is pretty simple calling the airline, you could even ask for them to send them to you in english which I di for every single one of them). If you have pictures of your Significant Other along with your family I would send them in too with a description.

Just so you know, Only the USC can call USCIS.  Both are able to call NVC.

I had some trouble uploading the photo the other day, but then next morning it worked just fine.

Actually, I'm now waiting for the return call of USCIS. I purchased a Skype Number and I am able to use it to speak to an operator from USCIS.

but for all the U.K. folks filing in April, how long was it doe you from the NOA 2 to the NVC packet?

For us our NOA2 was approved September 1st, received on the mail September 8th, and received the NVC letter September 25th.

NOA2 was approved 7th September, 21st I got our case number from NVC and the 27th are case was changed to in transit and ready in the same day. Haven’t received the letter yet but apparently some people never do.

I got my stuff together, made a photocopy of the RFE blue page for my record and sent it plus my documents via Priority Express. Got there in one day and done. I did write my wac# on the top of the document they asked for as well just in case it got separated from the document set from the RFE.

Question for everyone!

Im just wondering here, how you guys are gonna deal with the "money" of the beneficiary.... 

Let me explain what I mean, I have a little savings account, is not much money but I cant not move with it in cash, so I want to know what should I do?

 

Opening a bank account at the USA at this point is almost impossible, since I dont even have the K1 yet....

So maybe you guys have more insight in this?

Every answer is gonna be appreciated
