Hi everyone,

Hope all is well.

Had my medical done October 10 and 11. While my case in  ceac status was "AT NVC".

As I am done with my medical so is my ceac status changed to "IN TRANSIT".

Thank God for the success medical and for the ceac update.

Congratulations! So happy you had it done even before it says ready and even without the NVC letter. May I ask for the papers you showed to them? Thank you!

Our status just changed at CEAC from in Transit to READY!! :):)  so happy but.... lol.... always a but.. under where it says ready it says the following : Your search has returned multiple results. Please select the Case Number to display the status.

The it shows our NVC number but after our number it says 01 LND and 02 LND, what does this mean?? They both show ready..

Hi,

Thank you.

I just printed or screenshot the CEAC status "AT NVC" and submitted to them, together with SLEC Online Registration, Photocopy of Passport Biopage and passport. SLEC only needs the case number, when I was asked where is your NVC letter, I gave the printed screenshot. And thats it. :)

Thank you for posting this.  This question was raised before about what to do if you don't have or haven't received the NVC letter when going to SLEC.  Your experience jives with, and confirms, the advice given prior.  Thanks

Finally done.

Wow! Really?! So happy they accepted it. I'll give it a shot on Monday(even if Ceac still won't update) once my Fiance's documents arrive. I'll go there with my  Ceac At NVC screenshot.:D Thanks for this very helpful tip! Really appreciate it.:D

I raised this inquiry to Philippine Forum, Hank and the rest of the guys told me that it does not matter what is the status of your case, as long as you have the MNL case number you are good to go for Medical.

And yes, I can testify that even if the ceac status is "AT NVC" you can proceed to SLEC.

Glad to help.

As they said, once you have the MNL case available, it is up to you if you want to make to process fast or take it slowly.

That was my initial thought but no we're not. We put my son on the 129 as we were asked to mention our children but unfortunately he's not able to come with me at this point. is there any reason why they would have thought I was doing a K2?

I'm doing a K1 & K2 Visa and I have 2 entries on NVC, same case number with 001 & 002 afterwards. One is mine and one is for my son. If I were you, I would call NVC and clarify that is the case and double check if you need to do anything to confirm that your child is not coming with you. I would think you just have to pay the visa fee and schedule the interview for yourself but it's best to double check!

Do you think the NVC number got linked to my DS160 somehow...? Basically the reason I'm asking is that we did the DS160 before we got the NVC number and where it ask is your child joining you later we ticked yes... I didn't want to tick yes but my fiance pointed out that he will  in fact be with us for a long time over the summer and all the other holidays and the the end goal is him moving over eventually... should we maybe not have ticked no? could this be why we have two numbers?...
