That's way way way too late. Ask your congressman to help.

We did that too... It's been almost a year now still no NOA2 or RFE (NOA1 Aug 1st). I'm sorry I've been off the forum I'm too frustrated.

@silviafini Try doing a Congressional inquiry. They'll assign a person to your case whom will reach out to USCIS. If it's outside of normal processing time, this person will make sure to get your case back on track.

Contact your congressman. Mine took 11months to get our approval. In the 9th month,we had to contact my husband's congressman and of course it really helped.

Yes we did, the first one told us to wait for 60 days, we did and after 60 days we sent another inquiry, we got the same reply. Everytime we call them they told us to wait because we already sent case inquiries. We sent an email to TSC.NCSCfollowup@uscis.dhs.gov and we were only told that they're still doing background check. We contacted live chat and answer's the same. The congressman said that they're going to look into it and it's been 2 months.

It's also frustrating more cause in a year we never met each other and it will stay this way until the visa is issued. Unless we decide to live in Indonesia instead which we've been considering about.

That´s sad, and strange, and weird, have you considered hire a lawyer, to see what is happening, because you are very out of date, with your priority date your similar cases received in March their NOA2 and their RFE , but like you guys haven´t received anything!

Wow, try to hire a lawyer and let us know please...what finally happened with your case...

And trust in God, everything hapens for a reason, God has a purpose behind everything, even if the understanding of WHY is happening is behind our undestanding!
