What time did they try to deliver?

If I mail it from Mexico, maybe i'll overnight it to my friend and then have him overnight it via USPS

Hey guys I submitted my AOS and IV documents to NVC and submitted form ds 260 as well. In my confirmation page of ds 260 written that it will take 30 days to review but in the official site they written 11 weeks and places of visa journey they wrote 60 days. I am bit confused which one is correct and how much waiting time is it 😳😳

you can refer below spreadsheet to see some data shared by VJ user.  For india its taking avg 65 days( 9+ week ).

Our Scan Date is also June 26. My husband called NVC yesterday to add his email and the officer could not provide an estimate time for review.

How did the officer tell you it was sent for review?

We are also hoping to have the interview date soon!

Hi,

I called and asked for an update on our case and the officer stated it went for review yesterday.

I checked online today and our case is complete!!! Status shows "AT NVC"

GOD is Great!!!!

Hello forum,

I started my French husband's CR1 visa process in September of 2016. We did the lockbox because I was living in France at the time. Materials sat untouched in Nebraska for 6 months, then transferred to Texas where we received I-130 approval in June I think.

Anyway, we have our scan date for NVC as August 25. I have seen some French filers on the forum. Do we think it will be a full 2 months to review his file? I double-checked every document for completeness, about 10 separate documents total with the AOS signature, proof of assets from banks + tax assessment of house + proof of mortgage remainder, then onward to translated civil documents, and scans for both our passports. Whatever they asked was in the packet.

As a result of the USCIS delay, we do have our congressman tracking the file. I can't believe how backlogged the system is :-(

Hopeful our analysis goes smoothly.

Best,

F.A. Visa

Is this the same website you used  to pay the fees?

I use: https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

I constantly review this site and since we paid the fees the website says:

VISA CLASS: IR2
YOUR CASE IS CURRENTLY AT: NVC
FOREIGN STATE OF CHARGEABILITY: MEXICO

Our Scan date is: June 26. So we are at 9 weeks today. Everytime I call NVC they say the wait time is 11 weeks.

How did you access that AT NVC box. Or does it appear after your case is complete.
