My mom did her medical yesterday 9/2 and was scheduled for sputum test on sept 11-12&13 and Pulmonary Eval. Is it true that your parent waited for 8 weeks for sputum result? Did your parent did Pulmonary evaluations as well? How long is the timeline from initial 3 day test till the result ? How to re schedule the interview since my mom was originally scheduled on Oct 4 I’m so worried now 😟😥

which website did you use to re-schedule it? is this link correct ?-> http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/index.html?firstTime=No

I saw this message at the website..Is below info accurate?
If you missed your visa interview appointment at the U.S. Embassy in Manila because of additional medical tests, St. Luke's will, after determining that you are clear to travel, schedule another visa interview appointment for you.

I only rescheduled when they told us it's ok to get an interview appointment after waiting for 8 weeks.

Yes. That's the website. Register and put your mom info. Passport number, etc.

Thanks Lane,  did your mom have to pay extra for the sputum and pulmonary test? If you don’t mind to share how much is the additional fee SLEC charged your mom?

Besides the17k PHP already paid at the initial medical test?

No extra payment. It's all included in the 17K.

For interview, I remember we got the result on Aug 3 and I was able to get an August 9 schedule.

Hi there! My mom has the same case as your mom.. she also told me that the doctor scheduled her vaccine in Oct. 31. I'm just wondering, does that means that the culture is negative for sure (praying and hoping)?

  • 2 weeks later...

For my mom, they told her to come back Aug 3 to know the result, and if the result is negative then vaccine after.
