I don't know what BART would do but wouldn't you want to know if there were gangs of skinheads robbing people on the public transportation system? I'm just asking for a straight forward answer. I know I would want to know that information so i could protect myself from becoming a victim.

are you suggesting that people are unaware that bart riders have been robbed of there cellphones? how did this article come to be if no has reported these misdemeanors to the public?

First of all it's incapable, not in capable. It's not being paranoid, it's being prepared. If you knew that it was skinheads robbing people at the BART and you were a non white person you'd be prepared and possibly avoiding BART. Just like in my home town I avoid walking in certain areas by myself because I know we have certain people who doesn't understand that just because a woman like to wear a skirt doesn't mean we want to be touched. That doesn't mean men in general are not capable of touching me, I just know that some of our newcomers are more likely to touch.
