Ok, I get that, but W T F it takes 45 days to make a decision? It's a good thing they get paid by the hour, because if it was by the job they would all be dirt poor.

I don’t know what is better,... a 45 day timeframe, no timeframe at all, or waiting on background checks...

I don't either. Seems like its all the same thing with a different twist on words.

Man, it sure feels like the 24 is the least touched day, but if you go by percentages then the 17th is the least touched day per cases for that day. I guess they don't like those two days.

Believe it or not I thought that, too. But I went back and looked at some past posts on VJ from years ago, and some of them were talking about 250+ day wait times from NOA1 to NOA2.  Either way it still isn't a good business process.

Yeh I agree a joke, and we are coming up on 8 months. What sucks is I know they can't and don't go in order, but to see people two months after you approved and they are telling you they haven't even looked at your case yet? Seriously? I could see if they are waiting on a background and they have to move on, but to flat out not even look at your case and move on is something else.

I was the 17th my case still says received but it's approved

That's good and I'm sure there are more silent NOA2's then we know about. Same with the 24th also.

I feel like I won the lottery in that respect. We got approved back when there were only like, 16 approvals for July 17th. It felt like a fluke. No idea why they hate that day

LOl yeh, seems like the 17th and 24th they don't like, but if you look at the data the 18th isn't far from those two dates either, as far as being untouched.
