Pretty sure I am going to be reset the 11 weeks because we probably need a joint sponsor  Feeling so down. I can't even do anything for another week whilst my husband is on retreat because it is him that needs to ask his friends. 

 

I did try speaking to one of his family members. And they declined!! unbelievable!!

My weeks was reset after six weeks. I hadn't even received a checklist AMD decided to send something to prevent a checklist and they reset anyway! I'm sick. You may not be reset. They may tell you to bring to interview.

Sorry to hear that  what were you reset for? 

 

Yea im hoping we have time to send something but you are right they probably will reset it anyway as I'm nearing the 6 weeks point!

 

have you heard of people being told just to bring joint sponsor stuff to interview before ?

They reset me because I sent in fingerprint card to go along with police clearance which is required for my country. That wasn't on the list they sent. So I decided to send to prevent a checklist and I get delayed for trying to be proactive. Yes I've heard of them allowing to bring financial info to interview

Hi guys,this is my first post here and i hope all of you are fine.my SD was 07/21/2017.so i hope to have news from nvc by the end of september and i pray to avoid a checklist.I know i have to wait for at least 8weeks,and thanks for this forum,very helpful

Congrats!!!  

 

Good news for me too. I may have found another family member to support me as a co-sponsor  I'm just waiting now as it seems like NVC loses a lot of info sent before checklist and there is a chance I could just be asked to bring financial evidence to the interview ... fingers crossed!!

Called them Tuesday (since Monday was Labor Day in the US, which refuses to join the rest of the planet in observing the Haymarket Riot memorial on 1 May, even though the riot happened in CHICAGO.)  I finally found a customer service representative able and willing to tell me whether and when the NVC began reviewing our document submission:  25 August, or nearly two weeks ago; fingers crossed all goes well and we get a CC soon.

Still jealous you already have your interview date though; congrats and good luck anyway.
