once that's completed, call the NVC on Monday to have them approve it over the phone. This will save you about 3 weeks processing time.. Once approved you should be able to start paying your fees. ;)

@JBMG Called NVC... I asked them that I have submitted DS-261 nbut not able to pay fees... they said they have not send any instruction yet which will take normally 4 week from your case creation... asked to wait for instruction :( ... what to do ?

Once you receive your "welcome letter" via email, you can call them and have it approved over the phone.. Sorry I thought you had already received your welcome letter. If you have already received your welcome letter, then call them back and ask them to approve the DS-261. :) Not everyone will do it, but some will.  Make sure you give the NVC both the Petitioners and Beneficiary's email. :)

LOL sooo when I first paid my fees I thought there was an issue because it was over a week before it showed paid on the CEAC website. I submitted an inquiry to the NVC via their email system at the instruction of a customer service rep. I submitted the inquiry on June 12th and just got a reply on July 8th.

Hi,

I have a question about filling out i-684. How do we have to fill out the part about Country of domicline, when my husband lives in the US and is a US citizen? Do we have to leave it with N/A or just fill out USA?

Thanks!

Please read the following i864 instructions. It'll explain it there what is needed. :)

Thank you David-Liss sharing. ;)  @Elleandeff, did you include this info within your NVC package?  FYI -  @lamafiosa69

Thank you for the information. I plan on taking a copy of my divorce papers. I did send it to USCIS but not to NVC. I was not sent a checklist but I'm not sure if they send on if the case is expedited. But its better to be safe than sorry.
