So just the context is wrong?

Legal Definition of moratory

  1. :  of, relating to, or resulting from delay in the payment or performance of an obligation moratory interest

It's use in English is in the financial world, not in politics, even though due to where it derives from in latin comes from the same as moratorium, so theoretically can be used for the purpose they evidently intended. But re-reading your quote of their post, it's more akin to one of those situations where people use the word "irregardless" to try and sound smart.

Yes. The IRA, or the original UK terrorist organization. Terrorism is something the UK is quite familiar with afterall.

How far back in history are we going to take this?  No clean hands on either side governments included.

Look at how often the left cite the KKK, Hitler, Slavery, etc.. they'll take it back as far as their terrible arguments deem necessary, even though it makes no sense whatsoever.

Just wondering how the Irish immigrants are getting on in the US since they were let in?

Any bombings in New York by Irish, any running around with machete's killing people out for a meal. Footpaths safe from the Irish in white vans?

I always love that use, or when they add an "s" to the end of words like toward, or afterward.   I was just having some fun!  With all the manufactured outrage over the whole misspelling from the same people that ignored the entire 57 states comment it is so easy.

If it doesn't make sense to you then you simply don't understand the context. I know it's hard when you're hyper-focused on other things that have nothing to do with the subject matter, but I have faith you'll come around eventually.

How do you think Americans treated the Irish when they came here? What do you think happened to the Irish ghettos in America? Do you think the Irish mob don't exist in America anymore?

But getting back to the IRA, isn't not so ancient history you know. How did the UK handle terrorism on their shores back then (hint: it didn't work out too well)? How do they handle those involved with the IRA today? Again when people act as if terrorism is some new thing in the UK, it's not.

Ahh yes, the #DeusVult meme.. a perilous time in world history, triggering liberals and taking their imaginations back to when they experienced the Crusades.

The subject is Islamic extremism, there is nothing similar between an IRA member and an Islamic extremist.

Islamic extremism is a world wide problem and not solely  for the UK. Comparing it to the IRA makes no sense because they had no interest in blowing up the rest of the world like the Islamic extremists.
