Anyone who got approved with a waiver so far?

I went with my wife today to the USCIS office to get her I-551 stamp. The officer their informed us that the cases are taking 24 months or longer. Her application is still pending with no other notes, so he stamped the passport and took the extension letter.She got to keep the conditional green card. Haven't received any RFEs or interview requests yet. Hopefully, they approve the application sooner rather than later. It's pretty absurd that it is taking so long.

It looks like June filers are getting approved this month!

No, we had to file at the California Service Center.

This morning status changed to "Card was mailed to you" on USCIS website and "We approved your case" on DHS website. Hopefully, they sent it to the right address, fingers crossed.

Also is there two websites to check status? I only check on USCIS website...

do not freak out dude! Worrying about what is out of your control is not a good thing.

When did you file? I believe there are still some May filers who are waiting for their approvals too. 

 

There is a DHS website as well. In my experience, USCIS website updates faster, but other people had their status changed on the DHS website first.

Well, I was celebrating too early. Of course, USCIS sent my card to an old address even so I filed a change of address in March and have a confirmation that they changed it. 

Called USCIS and they told me Tier 2 IO will call me back and surprisingly he actually did! He kept saying "its weird" that the address wasn't changed in the system because he can see that I submitted an inquiry. Anyways, now I have to wait till  I see a status on USPS website that my card wasn't delivered, call USCIS again to give them my new address and then they will send the card to my new address once they get it back. Gosh why nothing goes smoothly with them 🙄

can you go and get it from the current resident if its not too late?

could be approval letter. but folks have received 18 months extension that looks similar.

Does the extension letter come with two pages usually?

If it is the 18 months?  Is this a bad or good thing?

Unfortunately, I can't. First, I live like 6 states away from my previous residence and second, USPS is not supposed to even deliver the letter since they should be aware I no longer live there. I did request my mail to be forwarded to my new address, but according to the IO USPS won't forward a letter with the card, but they will forward my approval notice.

I'm so sorry.... My EAD was sent to my old address during AOS,  despite the fact we both, my husband and I, had confirmations for AR-11 & I-865 forms and USCIS website  stated they received our change of address submission...  So i get how you feel.....  It will be strengthen up, I'm sure, and you will have you card in the mail box.

anything is possible with USPS. they left my signature required mcbook shipment at my door without my knowledge
