Just called NVC and a rep said my case has been completed since the 4th of may, and I got a notification on the 11th of may.

But he said I don't have an interview date yet.

 

Kindly add a column for priority date cos your priority date determines how quick you get an interview date.

 

First scan date -  November 30th 2016

Checklist - February 23rd for missing death certificate

2nd scan date - March 8

Case complete - May 4th

Waiting for an interview date to be scheduled.......

Now it is confirmed it's all about luck because my second scan date was February 15 and I'm still waiting no cc yet no interview date yet.

Is it me or is the average CC wait time coming down a little. Seems to be mostly 8-9 weeks for people now?

I didn't add a priority date column since we're mostly CR1/IR1 applicants. Maybe you can add that info to your notes? There is an area to add your interview date and the day you get notification of your interview date. Please update those when you find out.

Kind of.. it is.

But my checklist was just a single paper document.. maybe that's why it took 8 weeks and 1 day.

Keep praying.. You'd get a CC soon.

Hi, the same thing that the case is under administrative review, there's no time frame. He also said it doesn't matter if I speak to a supervisor because he or she is going to tell me the same thing.

Submitted my DS-261 and put my attorney's information today. How quickly will I be able to pay the IV fees? Also did I read somewhere when using an attorney, you don't pay AOS fees online? Somewhat confused on this. The AOS doesn't even show up on our portal.

Hi!  I obtained my NVC number and invoice number by calling today.  I was able to login to the CEAC site and I can see the tab at the top for Fees.  However, I cannot click on it yet.  Does this mean it is too soon and I have to wait for the e-mail notification?

Have you filled in your ds 261 yet?? If not, please do so.

 

to fill in fess you should have completed this post which nvc would generate invoice number to fill in fees; one at a time.

Lawyers will pay both fees at the same time. I don't believe this was changed with the recent updates made to the portal. You should contact your lawyer for more information. Call the nvc and have them review the ds 261 over the phone. IV fee unlocks a week after it's reviewed, or several days after the aos fee reflects PAID, whichever date is further out.

Email notification has no integration with the unlocking of fees. It's simply sent whenever the nvc has updated everything in the system to their heart's content and decides to notify you, which usually is after all fee and ds 261 sections are available and ready for filling out.

 

aos fees are usually available a day or two after a case number is assigned.

Thanks!  Is that done by clicking the top left tab for "Choice of Address & Agent"?  If so, it won't let me click on that either.  The arrow turns into a cursor when I hover over the words to click the link.  Also, do I fill that out if I already submitted information about my lawyer?

Invoice number does not generate based on completion of ds261.

 

Both were available one day after my case number was assigned; aos fee was available even before ds 261 was completed.
