Why not penalize people for having too many kids since it is mostly unemployed, undesireable minorities on welfare? You know, the kind of people we need to get rid of to Make America Great Again. I'm surprised that the usual VJ supsects aren't all over this.

Its really none of my business how many kids people have, until they start asking the taxpayers to  fund them, It is morally outrageous for someone on the public dole who cannot afford their current child to keep pumping them out
