It has reached them so I'm hoping they have started working on it. Someone did mention that some of the cases don't get updated to received and just get updated to approval after RFE.

Also if it's not too much, @Shoegum, since it's an RFE list for the entire 2017 year perhaps a case received date could also be added for clarity?  Thanks a lot for your efforts

I'm kinda pissed for you. An RFE AFTER a NOA2 is a slide down a razor blade highway into a pool of alcohol. I know no one would do that on purpose (I hope) but goes to show you how much the system cares.

So I got to speak to a tier 2 just now and this is how the conversation went:

 

Me: I'm at day 188 and we still haven't heard anything, so I'm just trying to find out what going on.

 

Her: it looks like you put an in an inquiry on the 9th, and it takes up to two weeks. An officer has been assigned to your case and you should hear something by the 24th. 

 

Me: well could you at least give me any insight as to why it's taking this long? Is something wrong? We're starting to get worried.

 

Her: actually, it looks like your notice of approval was sent out yesterday so you should get it in a few days. Congratulations.

 

So first, I'm approved?! I freaked because I was so happy. But now I'm worried because why didn't she say that first, instead of waiting on the inquiry? My anxiety is just messing with me. Basically I can't believe it until I see it type of thing. I guessed it wasn't updated bcus their website was down yesterday?

 

And when should I update my timeline, now or when I get the hard copy?

I know this has been answered by others but I cannot get to a tier 2 person. how did you?
