Well....I guess I want to say congrats for getting your case "touched and reviewed" but I'm sorry you got an RFE.

But the way things are going, RFE's seem to be better than waiting an extra 30-60 days for the approval.

Well, my heart sank at first but now I guess it's better than the answer from tier1 my fiancé received 5 minutes prior to status update in the app - saying we just started processing May 1 cases.

thank you for support)

You got your RFE notice on a Tuesday like me. Hopefully you will get the hardcopy by Friday or Saturday. Another Petitioner stated they got their hardcopy after 6 days. That's the longest I've known so far. I got mine on Saturday and returned it on Monday via USPS Express overnight. Still, it took USCIS 7 days after delivery to their PO box to acknowledge receipt of it. I've been waiting for an answer as it's been in their possession 14 days since the acknowledgement now.

You should definitely call USCIS and ask about it. It could just be a mistake, especially after their update system messed up so badly.

What is the approval date on NOA2, what is the RFE date online?

Verify NOA2 letter has your correct case #.

@bcoakley06

Please keep us posted as to what happens.

Approval in hand followed by RFE.... hoping that RFE doesn’t have to be resolved as it’s already been issued.

geeze..... the system sometimes...😑

Sooo many RFE’s for May 2017 filers.

Should we start a separate thread so we can post all actions, news, helpful hints, etc for each other?

Thoughts?
