Hi.

My package was received in CSC on April 7th but so far check hasn't cashed nor I have a NOA with me.

I'm not the only one so I'm not panicking.

Seems like this process is going to take a very long time. Something so simple...

I was two days ahead of you.

Mailed our package 4/5 with USPS Express Delivery (Delivered 4/6 at CSC) - No NOA yet, BUT I JUST saw in my online checking account a debit for $680 bucks! (WOOHOO! ... Probably one of the few times where I'm excited to have LESS money in my account, LOL!)

Nerves are a bit more calm now :)

Without a case number you can't call. You have to wait , some people have waited 2 weeks to have some news. Hopefully you will have news soon.

Hi guys.

I will be a late April filer. I am preparing everything and planning on sending my I-751 next week latest. My question is, my green card expires 07/28/2017, will I be late to send it??? And what happens if I don't receive my greencard before my conditional one expires?

One last question, what office is mine if I am living in Florida Miami?

Thanks 😉

They will send in a letter saying your green card has been extended for one more year.

I also live in Miami, so we have to file in Californa Service Center CSC. More details in uscis.gov/i-751

From what I been reading. It is taking almost a whole year and that's without RFE or some people that need to go for interview (even though about 10% of the people get selected for interview)

Hi,

I believe your earliest filing will be 04/29/2017 based on the filing date calculator https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/dateCalculator.html. It should also be within the 90 days period of your green card expiration date.

You will receive an extension letter for one year once you filed your I-751.

Hi everyone,

I still haven't received anything. Could you please let me know which of the two happened first for you? Check cashed first or received the notice in the mail first? Thanks!

Checked our mail today and was happy to see an envelope from the USCIS with our NOA1!

For those curious, our NOA1 was dated 4/6/2017, the same day they received our package.

Your NOA1 is probably coming any day now! :)

I had to file with CSC. Personally, my check was cashed before I received my notice (exactly one day before). However, other commenters have said they received their NOA first and then had their checks cashed later. So, it seems to vary based on workload and service center.

Based on other VSC filers, it appears you should be receiving your notice soon! :)
