OMG I just got a notification on my app, we got our NOA2 just now!! It's nearly midnight and I was actually going to sleep but wanted to check something on my iPad and it popped up. So so happy.

I have a NOA1 received date of April 10th and notice date of April 13th and I can't stop being anxious about getting our NOA2. Every time I see someone with a similar timeline or a timeline after mine getting approved, there is a sense of excitement that ours might be coming but also a sense of jealously about why we don't have ours yet especially that I live in California and mail shouldn't take that long! 

 

Work has been super stressful (and I'm still at work at 9:30pm!) wishing that my finace would be here with me.. :( 

 

I guess this is just another rant. Congratulations for everyone that have already received their NOA2 and I honestly cannot wait for ours!!!!!

We have the same received and notice dates! I feel you that is bittersweet seeing others around the same time as ours get their approvals, but it's certainly nice to see other people one step closer to their loved ones and gives me hope that we're next. After all, every approval should mean that they're one closer to approving ours.

 

I decided yesterday not to focus on guessing when my approval might come. I'm going to take a break and try my best to hold off until the end of August and try to just relax a little before worrying again. Hopefully I'll get an unexpected surprise in the mail before then! :D

The down side of Informed Delivery is that after the hope has drained from the empty mailbox you're relegated to the role of cheerleader without the rare tracker updates. So on the cheerleader note... Come on, folks... Let the good news updates begin!

Okay thanks! I applied on the 16th so probably another week yet . It will probably beat my NOA2 🙄. Fed up of waiting now

You were told you have an RFE?  I am sorry.  Hopefully it will be an easy fix.  Why does it take them so long to send out the RFE?  Maybe they will send it today or tomorrow.

So now we are supposed to call to see if we dont have any RFE because the tracker is not working?

I'm not sure if that is the case or not.  What it appears is that they can take up to 15 days for the RFE that they have requested for the petition to actually be sent out.  Which is why when I and Chris called we were told by the Tier 2 person that we got an RFE.  It took them about 15 days for them to send it out to me.  I hope it doesn't take that long for you @Chris2870.  

 

As for calling, you are right in the time that you should be finding something out soon.  It is always up to you and your SO.
