Aww, sorry, just pulling your leg. You know I think your Spanish is awesome :)

@Jasmayne Yay, congrats! :jest: Really happy you got good news. Who knows? Maybe they noticed they had screwed up and were like "Uh oh... Hurry up, grab their case and see if we can approve them ASAP"

@Estibaliz  I love the way you think, it had to be like this. 😃

I still rather have my noa2 in hand, but I think I can handle the wait for the mail now 😜

Again congratulations to you and know that even though I've not been logged in for a while, I've always appreciated you trying to help everyone out, sending all those positive vibes even though you've been in the same limbo boat like all of us. You've done a lot for this community and still do! I wish you and Gary the best!

Do you need a letter from an employer on top of tax statement and pay stubs?

Yes, you will need a letter from your employer.  Follow the guidelines here for what the letter needs to contain http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

The guide also recommends getting a bank letter too,

It is also good to review the embassy website to verify what they require.

3 words, a wonderful feeling :

we got approved today 😍

Just got a call back from a tier 2 officer ( luckily we didn't have to wait 6 more hours) and he told us we got approved today.

It still makes me wonder why we got a second noa1 but at this point I'm just happy beyond measure!

Thanks to everyone who tried to help me. I hope you all will be with your loved ones soon.

Called USCIS.  Got the February 1, 2017 message.  Asked to be put through to Tier 2 and I have scheduled a call back.  The recording said the wait time is 379 minutes.  I don't have a good feeling about this.

Monday and Friday are the worst days to call.
