I'm more of a lurker than a poster, but....   Receive Date: 4/5/17 NOA1 Approval: 4/10/17 NOA2 Approval: 8/7/17   Just got it in the mail yesterday!

OMG I just got a notification on my app, we got our NOA2 just now!! It's nearly midnight and I was actually going to sleep but wanted to check something on my iPad and it popped up. So so happy.

I'm trying to build my patience, which is being a challenge but, at the same time, easier than I thought it would be. I guess that has to do with knowing it's still so early for us to get any news... But hard to keep it realistic instead of hopeful and optimistic, even with seeing how things are getting more and more delayed each day... The fact the MyUSCIS might be not working that well with the updating of cases it's also troublesome for me, because data usually give me peace of mind... Oh well :wacko:

They didnt start scaning till may ...just as everthing slowed down lolol...more of a hopeful once a week scan to see when they start hitting us...

Well, I put this issue on the table last weekend, but I guess no one noticed :P As I said there, for us to have scans it will probably require someone being willing to take care of doing so, and no one has volunteered so far.

 

I don't know if there's some IT skilled April filer that would be interested in doing it, but as I said before, I'm going to start inquiring about the program and process and see if I could be able to work it out or, at the very least, have better information for us to take action.

 

I'll keep you informed :)

10/28/2015- NOA2 (237 day wait at TSC)
11/13/2015- Sent to NVC
11/27/2015- Arrived at Embassy
06/2016- Third visit to Nigeria!
06/15/2016- Interview, given option to file I-601 waiver.
08/16/2016- Waiver submitted (no lawyer).
11/21/2016- Waiver approved with expedite.
01/2017- Embassy requested interview. 
04/2017- Fourth visit to Nigeria.  K1 officially denied. 
04/25/2017- NOA1 for 2nd K1.
07/27/2017- Case transferred to TSC.
11/17/2017- Case transferred back to CSC.
01/16/2018- NOA2!! (266 day wait)

I know the feeling! My fiancé is so positive and relaxed about the whole thing whereas I'm stressing out lol. I guess it's because I'm making the move as well and he's kinda staying where he is so no massive change there 😂

So your fiancé and mine are quite alike regarding how they are facing this, I guess... which can be a bit enervating at times, right? But we love them nonetheless :D

 

So regarding the scans, we are talking about that script geowrian made for November filers that people from the different months have been using to track the whole amount of every month cases and how USCIS is working on them. It's a complete register of cases with the current status each day (approved, RFE's, etc.), which gives us quite an accurate idea of how are they progressing and when we can start to expect an approval, though sadly enough USCIS is very inconsistent in the way they work and you can always get stuck untouched forever...

 

Anyway, as I said before, I've already started to work on it and will let you know how it goes. I don't know yet if I have the right tools to do it, so I'll come back to all of you so we can all figure it out if I can't... but I'm going to try.

Hi everyone, better late than never. So i was a March filer but my packet was rejected because my beloved fiance forgot to tick the k1 box. We have received our noa1 and we are patiently waiting. Goodluck to everyone.

So I was wondering.. are anyone else planning to visit the US or have their fiancé visiting the US with the K1 pending? I'm flying over next week and I'm a little worried now that we now have the visa application pending. I've been reading other forums and it seems to be ok just wondered if someone else was having upcoming trips and were worried..... cos again.. I worry about everything lol 😂
