The irony is that the MDRs were up in arms when president Obama was supporting movements like BLM, because for them Obama was inciting violence. Then comes so-called president Trump and in no uncertain words unleash his thugs on participants of the democratic process, and all is well.

The 9th circuit is just a friendly reminder that Trump is just 1/3 of the federal powers.

 

The circuit courts are no more and no less important than the occupant of the Oval, and they wield as much power.

 

I realize it bothers those with more czarist aspirations to America, but that's marginal benefit. LOL.

I'm not sure if that's the case, but you make a good point. The Oval represents only 1/3 of the federal power in this country, and the Circuit Courts represent one other third.

 

What you learned from your post is that the 9th Circuit - although you may do some Internet research and find our there are 12 in total - has as much power as the executive, which is the point here: Trump doesn't rule America, nor does he administers the country alone, and his EOs are not "the final say." Our government system is based on checks and balances, the very reason none of the branches has absolute power.

You are absolutely correct which is what many have been saying for the past eight years.  The one issue is that the third branch often times seem to be usurping the power of the first branch hence the need for constitutionalist judges.
