Not sure if I'm in the right place but we got a case receipt number yesterday and also a notice that our case is being routed to the TSC. From the looks of processing times I can't say we're thrilled about being routed there.

I see mention of cases sent and what not so perhaps I'm in the wrong place!

I don't know what's going on on the TSC to be honest. The website says they are working on November cases, when I called they said to be working on January cases, but I see there are filers from February and March getting approved already. I asked for a T2 agent last time I called, he told me an officer was currently working on my case and to be patient. However, I don't know what's going on. So, let's be patient about this and hopefully we will get ours very soon. Stay strong, at the end this struggle will be paid with the love of our loved ones.

Hi GT,

How long ago did you call? I've read on here that an officer told them it takes 2-3 weeks from the time it gets assigned to an officer for them to actually finish reviewing a case. Hopefully that gives you an ETA :)

No email. No mail (yet). Randomly checked the USCIS website and discovered RFE was sent on 8/23. Huge sense of relief but continued frustration with the whole process. All I can hope for now is that whatever they need is readily accessible and we can move onto the next step in a few weeks. I would not wish this process on my worst enemies. Stay strong people.
