  Twenty people is not 'the left'. I would never post random acts of right wing violence and attempt to make a statement like 'look what conservatives do'.  Your focus on responses misses the point. I'm not sure why anyone thinks starting from that premise would turn into a civil discourse about extremism. The intent of the OP was not to have that discussion.

Actually, I think the intent of the OP was to show that there are extremists on the Left and to call out the hypocrisy of the MDL.  That seemed to work as the immediate response was there is no such thing as the Alt Left insinuating that extremism only resides on one side and thus the debate began.

You gonna confuse them with facts. Nice.  As I said in another post you will rarely get a fact based argument from that crowd. Just angry retorts about whatever source you posted, or silly wild ramblings like "Trump Dumph" or a good old reading comprehension flame.

 

I will say there has been very little everything is Racist ramblings for the past couple of months for some reason. 

 

The MDL is an angry bunch for some reason, most anyway.

True.  I also feel that the mainstream media is a huge part of this. The narrative that the mainstream media peddles, is that Trump supporters are the violent ones.  Any violence by a Trump supporter will be shown over and over and over again. Violence against Trump supporters gets little to no coverage. In fact, I bet that some people looking at those pictures have no idea that any of those assaults  happened.

Without links and detailed facts of exactly what transpired in each case, we still don't know if those assaults actually happened. Anyone can slap some pics together with a catchy phrase that meets their agenda and post it as fact. The more disturbing fact is that you bought it hook, line and sinker. Mission accomplished.

The only reason you question if these assaults happened is because the mainstream media did not cover them. I am not blaming you for their dishonesty.

In some alternate facts reality, that's called real news - you make them whatever you want, paste a meme, and sell it as truth. Never underestimate the kool-aid!

I'm not questioning anything, it's not really important to me. I'm simply pointing out how easy it is for someone to make a meme that may or may not be true and have other people eat it up like a bacon cheeseburger.

His point is providing pictures in a "picture quilt" style meme is hardly any argument or invitation to discussion. If you wanted to have a real discussion about it you wouldn't have started with a meme.
