Where did the negative income come from?  Nunya.

Where did the income come from?  Nunya.

Is he worth $10 Bil?  IDK, and IDC.  It's none of my business.  Nor yours.

Will we see them?  I hope not.  I have enough to worry about on my own plate, I don't need to worry myself with the taxes of others.

Why do you feel it is your business what someone else files on their taxes?

Try to get a 200,000 Mortgage without tax returns.  Try to get a family member to immigrate with out tax returns.

But take over the leadership of the freeworld?  No ones business.  Got it.

Apples and potatoes my friend.  A tax return is not required to be a president.  I know a quite a lot about mortgages (see the earlier discussion in this thread, where I was labeled as condescending for suggesting such a thing).  I know a little about immigration.  There are times when a tax return is required.  Becoming president is not one of them.

How much did Hillary make in 2012?  Obama in 2013?  Bush in 2005?  Don't know, do ya?  Why not?  Because it doesn't really matter.  They earned, they filed, they paid.  Just like you and I.

I want to see trumps taxes.... waaaaaaa  waaaaaaa waaaaaa

I hope Trump never releases them....even after the audit is complete. Let the snowflakes cry.

Here is the thing about tax returns. Politicians ,who have aspirations to run for president, spend their life manipulating what they show on their returns. They do this, they do that, the hide this, they donate that.....all for the release of their returns....to show they do the right thing.  That is why I have no desire to see politicians tax returns. They are deceptive.

Trump never was a politician so he never cared what his returns showed.

So you wouldn't care if Trump is only worth say a hundred million dollars, even though a large part of his allure for people who voted for him, was because he was a great business man, who knew how to make deals? I like your logic though. You hate politicians, because they are all liers, Trump isn't a politician, so it's okay for him to lie. I thought you claimed to like honest straight shooters?

I seem to remember quite the bro-ha-ha over the Clinton Foundation and fees from Goldman Sachs. Probably nothing.

love that the folks here who claim to be impartial or not too wild about trump just completely choke themselves defending him.

Couldn't you turn that comment around regarding the fury and manufactured outrage regarding those that have their blinders on and just want to attack Trump.  It seems to me to those individuals, nothing will be enough to satisfy them.  This is what political debate has become, and no one has claim to the high ground.

So when you apply for a mortgage or an immigration action you are required to release tax returns to the public?  It seems to me that those business/personal transactions are private and protected from public disclosure.  Not really a valid comparison.

If you applied for a mortgage or an immigration action in 2016, it would be kind of suspect to send in your 2005 tax return. It means nothing and leads to the larger question, what happened to your recent tax returns. For a president/candidate to release a 12 year old return instead of a recent one - just as suspect.

Agreed, then why did Rachel Maddow make such a big play out of this?  I assume it was to get ratings.  The whole tax thing is really a non-starter, there is no requirement any presidential candidate has to release their tax returns for public scrutiny.  The only reason I imagine any candidate even started doing this was for political reasons.  People can still make decisions with or without that information.  If Trump and his accountants were doing things against US Tax law, I have faith that the employees at the IRS would have found it and we would have known about any tax prosecution way before Trump even announced his intention to run for POTUS.

those trying to get to the truth have the high ground, trump repeatedly said he would release his taxes, now he won't. that's called lying. of course this is just one example of his lying. why you think calling a liar a liar is manufactured and blind rage, we'll that's what's political nonsense to me.
