hello.. 

been a long time not lurking in here. 

i have a question,, anybody here have an idea or experienced scheduling an interview past the validity date of NoA2?? thank yOu so Much..

Omg... the wait is killing me....her interview is slated for 715 am pi time.... we have one known issue a slightly torn corner on one page of her Passport on page 39...and i mean slight which may mean she needs another pp but that scheduled...lawyer says no its not on the bio or cover  so no issue...but who knows..fyi it stuck in her slec sealed envelope where they sealed it and she put it in a protective bag from the rain...talk about luck lolol...but thats not the issue...its just waiting for her to hopefully say approved! Or passed intervie 221g or whatever for new pp...whether its waiting for the new pp or itd okay... its just the wait...i thought the months of waiting for the noa2 was mind boggling...wrong....this wait is killing me... tick tock tick tock...we have this...all our paperwork is good...pictures.. forms....everything is labeled.. tick tock tick tock...she was beautiful on skype this morning... all smiles but i could tell nervously waiting... i asked her does it feel real...she giggled n smiled so confident...i know just how much i love her...i hope and pray she is okay...shes strong...ive only seen her cry a few times. But last week she cried after her physical happy tears... then two days sad tears over the pp...blaming herself..just a freak accident..trying to protect them both...okay im nervous...im rambling...omg.tick tock...i sure hope shes not crying when she calls...even if its approved ill freak this time... im so ready for her to come home....❤💍❤

My fiancee is on his way to the medical right now. YAY!!! He's dressed very nice, and has went over the checklist with me for peace of mind. Nothing else to do at this point but wait for him to come back and tell me how it went. I'm sure he will pass it with no problems. I'm so excited, can't believe today's the day and this is the moment we have both been waiting for. I'll post back any information on how it went after he comes back.

Hello to all my marchers.. so stressed out :/ I received the RFE I have been waiting on for 2 and a half weeks today and in it.. it states that the beneficiary (my fiancé) needs to submit something that clearly shows she intends to marry me within 90 days of arrival here in the US. We both signed and included the letter of intent to marry in our initial package back in march.. it seems as though they are asking for it as if it's missing.

 

has anyone gone through a similar situation, and if so, how did you solve it and what was the outcome? Any information at all would be appreciated greatly. We are so nervous

Sadly this happens often enough.

They are really flying through the petition as they have a lot of work to do. 

If they don't see something after looking a few times it's just easier for them to issue RFE.

That is why Tabs are suggested.

The good news is that once you get these sent back to them your petition should be approved within 2-3 weeks which is the current wait time for uncomplicated RFE's.

Update your timeline to help you and other's track your progress.

Make a copy of EVERYTHING you send back to them.

Send with some type of delivery tracking so you can verify they got it.

USPS 1st class mail and priority both come with free tracking if you keep the receipt.

 

To clarify you said "we both signed and included the Letter (singular) of intent to marry"

How many letters total did you guys send?

 

It need to be 2 separate letters and you each sign and date your own.

NOT 1 letter with 2 signatures.

 

Finally if you have visited again since the petition was filed send them that information as well as it will help support your case.
