I AM MARCH 17 FILER, I AM THE BENEFICIARY from Dominican Republic.

when i see people getting approved i get very exited, because i understand everybody here and i know how stressfull it is this process.

i am waiting my NOA2, but really i am relax waiting, this my second k1 (firts K1 on 2014 i was approved at the interview but long AP, 2 years on AP destroyed my relationship, at the end it was the best thing my ex wasnt the right person for me, thanks God for the long AP).

becaue this is my second k1 i am relax just waitng, i am very happy when i see approvals here because i know how you are guys waiting, and i know how frustrate is this process. on my first k1 i was almost driving me crazy waiting, now i am just relax, my first k1 helped me to learn that the approvals will arrive anyway when they approve it, even you are relax, worried or driving crazy.

when my noa2 arrive i am going to be happy it is truth but the waiting time isnt killing me like i was on 2013.

i understand you guys doing k1 firts time when you say you are driving crazy, i had that feeling on 2013, for that when i see apprrovals i am really happy.

Yep, NVC emailed my fiancee last night with the case number. Calling them to harass really won't change anything so we just let it be. You get the email as soon as they send it on to the embassy either way, so you have the case number before it arrives in your country.

And others after you are still waiting. People from January and February are still waiting, and they aren't really getting any kind on useful information when calling USCIS.

But of course, you can try and call if that would make you feel better. Just don't get disappointed if it doesn't.

Good luck! Maybe the letter is on its way.

PS. I'd personally wait until the 120 days mark at least.

We didn't apply for expedited processing. I'm just guessing that our background checks and everything was super smooth. Being Australian might have made the background checks less intense than for someone from a higher-fraud country.

Yeah, if it is only 3 weeks until you get the case number it really doesn't make sense to call.
So they alert you via email when the case is about to be transferred to the embassy?

Because I want to have my medical at least 2-3 weeks before scheduling the interview, so they have all results in hand already.
