Hi Guy's,

Here is our rfe attached. We are confused what they need more? We sent so many pics and airline tickets. Do you have any ideas? My fiancé thinks we sent too much and they want one egsact proof

We intend to send the stamps from our passports pointing at the same date initiating we were crossing the boarder at same tame and same place. And booking from vacation.

My guess is that they're looking for proof that undoubtedly puts you in the same place at the same time and is dated within the last two years. Did you send anything like that?  Were your pictures date stamped?

They need prove that you and your partner has met within 2 years prior to sending your petitioner application to USCIS. That can be a copy of airline ticket, passport pages that stamp with date days, months, and years. That shows ya'll two years prior of the date sending ya'll application

Definitely send the stamps from the passports which will show the same dates. It seems they are looking for some evidence that shows a date to give concrete evidence that you were in the same country at the specific time period of within 2 years from filing the petition. Do you have any receipts from your travels with dates on them? What about bank/credit card statements to show purchases in the country to align with the photos and airline tickets you sent? I sent a bunch of photos and airline tickets, but I also included my passport stamps at entry/exit and many receipts showing I made purchases while in India on the dates that aligned with the airline tickets and dates written next to the photos.

Sounds like this should be an easy fix for you if you have passport stamps. Just try to include any and everything you have which has date evidence. Things like travel bookings only show that you booked something, but a credit card receipt for a physical store located in the country and/or passport stamp will prove that you were physically in that place on the date you advised.

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man.... Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."

The Noticed Date (later one) is the one written on the NOA1; the receive date is the one that you can see if you track your case online!

☺ I know in reality I've nothing to worry about, today my brain has been in overdrive lol 😂

A  backup plan would become challenging for us.
Scott would like moving here, but we can't do that.
He got a couple of more years in the military, so our only option would be a CR-1.

I don't even want to think about getting refused.
But I'm more worried about them finding something that doesn't belong there, once they do the lung xray. That would actually be the only thing to stop us.

My fiancee just received two emails from NVC - one with the case number saying the petition has been sent to Sydney, and one saying that our case has been expedited. No clue why!

Some cases are getting expedited and you're lucky to have one! I just found this online. I just thought it might answer your WHY's. Lol 😂 I just hope I found the right info. Best luck! 🎉

Single all the way :)

Unless she has been married before or in a civil union, which pretty sure is not the case. They already know is a K1 so therefore they know you are engaged. Don't worry :)

But there's no K-1 Visa listed?
I was puzzling that like "If your NVC Case begins with.. AND your category is blabla AND you received..."
Or am I wrong and it means every single box for itself as an option?
