Just found out my uncle is on this list. He is the one that says med x (4). He landed in Djibouti yesterday. Does this mean he will get issued and how far off?

When did he interview? What visa category?

His interview was in October 2017. His mom is the petitioner. The list is just for the people to redo the medical. Not sure if it means they will be issued soon or not. If anyone knows plz send me a message.

I have family who were in the first list and people I know.

After they did the medical they were called to the embassy to drop off their passport in order for them to print the visa.

But after the medical they called and told us to “close the ds260,” so that held them up for a few days.

I couldn’t figure out what the meant but when I went back into the online forms portal and clicked on the ds260 it prompted me to sign and date it. That’s all it was. So if anyone is asked to do a medical I would suggest you do the same to the ds260 so you don’t have to wait longer.

@H93 I went on the website for the DS 260. I couldn’t find the area to sign and date. Can you be a little bit more Info on where I can find it?

Hi all, for those who are a part of Julie's case, I saw that they are asking to dismiss it?

Does anyone know what is going on here? I know one update I saw was something along the line of the DOS saying, OK we printed the visas you are asking for now dismiss the case. But this says lack of jurisdiction. Has the case been amended?
