Any VSC March filers got approved recently? It seems like a lot of people got approved from June and July of 2017 (guessing they are just outliers). My NOA is 3/22

A few, I got an RFE.  NOA 3/24.

So I managed to keep my nerves in check for a whole year while waiting for this process to play out but here we go again! Is anyone in the Atlanta area? My husband's NOA date is 3/24 and so his extension will expire then. We are concerned about his drivers license as they told us last year that they will not extend it again (I asked up front because I figured the green card wouldn't be approved within 1 year). Does anyone have experience with this? If so, how did you handle it? We have an infopass appointment for 3/26 but I really don't know if that's going to help.

So I was under the impression that the NOA extends the expired greencard date for a year, not a year from the receipt date of the NOA, please correct me if I am wrong, because then I have to do a walkin appointment tomorrow in my fieldoffice

That is correct its 1 year from the expiry of the green card, not the NOA

do you mind to share what they asked for?

thanks

I already did a few pages ago, we don't have a house or bills in our names. So they were asking for that.

Hello guys.

Here’s my story:

I filled my I751 on March 2017.

On March 28th 2017I received NOA. On may 4th I have submitted Biometrics.

For CRI89 case # on USCIS site I see no changes: ,, Case was received”...

For I751 case # it says ,, On February 27 2018, we received your form I751 at your local office”.

My one year extension letter that I received on March 28th expiring soon, and my Green Card expiration date on April 25...

I was lucky to get inffopass appt for today...

The lady at immigration office told me that my case is still pending and it’s still in Vermont...and for processing time frame they have huge delays... I was told that know waiting time could be up to 2years...

And in one month I can submit online request for info about my case....

So I asked them for stamp in a passport so I can travel abroad and get my drivers license renewal, they put a stamp which extended my GC for one more year...

Good luck to everyone!!!

That's what the lady said at my local field office. So she didn't gave me a stamp yet.
