I received our I-797C, Notice of Action ASC Appointment Notice letter today. This is the first piece of mail that we have gotten from the USCIS (California) regarding our I-751 application. We were supposed to receive an NOA1 first, correct? This is concerning because we need that so that my wife can apply for a new driver's license.

Mailed - 3/09

Check cashed - 3/15

NOA1 - ???

I-797C, Notice of Action ASC Appointment Notice - Received in the mail: 3/25, Notice Date: 3/17, Post-Marked: 3/22

Biometrics Appointment - 4/04

It's relieving to finally hear back from them but it looks like the NOA1 got lost in the mail.

Same timeline here but I received my NOA1 on the 17 dated 03/13/2017 and received Biometrics appointment letter today 06/25/2015
