Very similar situation for us too!! I wish they were more consistent with if RFE/RFIE effect other applications or not as it's frustrating to see other people that had one get approved without it effecting them. But is great for them just wish I was one of the lucky ones! We will get through this!

I really hope we hear something soon. Good Luck !!! :D

It's been 94 days since they acknowledged my received  RFIE documents... the lady I had on the phone sounded a little surprised though when I told her that it's already been over 90 days since USCIS received my RFIE documents so I assume that they usually get processed before the 90 days of the RFIE time are over.

congrats, when did they receive your rfe answer?

I have no updates. It has been 4 months. 120 days.

I am at 114 days today without either RFE or RFIE.

This is such a frustrating experience - especially when you want to keep moving forward with your life!

I'm going to contact/mail/post out a letter to my local congressman to try and speed up the process. I sent in a service request mid-June online and that was 'within normal processing times'.

Let's just hope our cards are mailed out really soon so that we can begin our lives fully here in the U.S.!

So happy for you but it worries me so much how I've literally seen everyone getting their EAD before me even though I've been waiting for so much longer. 🙄 I think I'm the only one from the Feb Filers who's left without EAD

I had hoped within 90 days of my submitted RFIE documents as they had written in the service response which also has been the case for every single VJ member on here who had a RFIE. It's just me left on Day 95 of the RFIE. 130 since my receipt date.

I have a feeling that my wife and I will be waiting for her EAD until august 2nd (75 days after RFIE response received).

No idea why it would take so long. She has been to USA before, even had two visitor visas, one of which expired recently. Never overstayed visitors visa either.

I did include her medical papers with RFIE just to prevent second RFIE/RFE for medical.
